  • advise employees and managers on HR administration and employment-related questions and proactively coordinate solutions with the relevant HR teams.
  • prepare HR documents accurately and on time, while effectively managing changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • handle complex service requests and escalations, involve the relevant stakeholders, and ensure transparent communication through resolution.
  • collaborate closely with the HR team, business functions, Works Council and other key stakeholders to ensure reliable HR services.
  • monitor service quality and operational performance, analyze recurring requests and process issues, and initiate appropriate actions.
  • contribute to HR projects and support the standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
Education and experience
  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR Services, HR Administration, or a comparable role covering the employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of German employment law and practical experience applying legal and company requirements in an operational HR environment.
  • Experience working with HR systems, service management or ticketing systems, and digital workflows.
  • Fluent German and the ability to communicate effectively in an English-speaking work environment.
Skills

This role requires a service-oriented mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve HR matters within established processes while collaborating with different stakeholders. To thrive in this role, you will need the following skills:

  • Proactive and open communication when resolving complex matters with employees, managers, and HR colleagues.
  • Work in a structured and reliable way, even with changing priorities.
  • Sound judgment when existing guidelines do not fully address an individual situation.
