Junior Legal Counsel

Our client is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team in Berlin. This position is ideal for a recent law graduate who is ready to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, dynamic business environment. You’ll support a range of legal matters spanning civil, regulatory, e-commerce, and contract law while contributing to the development of internal legal and compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Support legal compliance initiatives and help improve workflows.
• Translate legal concepts into clear, practical advice.
• Conduct research on legal developments and regulations affecting the digital and travel sectors.
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to support legal matters across departments.
• Assist with cross-functional projects and ensure legal alignment across business units.

Your Profile:

• Law degree from Germany (at least one state exam) or another EU country.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and B level German.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
• Analytical, pragmatic, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in a broad range of legal topics and digital business models.
