Litigation Associate - Personal Injury

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an entry-level litigation attorney, Jr. Shareholder, or a more experienced attorney to join our team. This role will focus on pre-suit and litigation insurance defense cases. Experience or an interest in personal injury is preferred, but not required.

• Florida Bar membership required.
• Attorneys who passed the February Bar exam or will be sitting for the July 2026 Bar exam are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must reside in Florida (remote and hybrid options available).
• We are also seeking attorneys with 7+ years of experience
  , including those with significantly more experience, who are interested in full-time opportunities.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Stellar academic credentials.

• Draft, review and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Attend or chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements.
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients.
• Operate competently with Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
