Legal Consultant – Structured Product​/Global Markets

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on structured product business
• Draft and review agreements and documents and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Work with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad‑hoc projects.
• Assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions.

• Qualified in Hong Kong or another common‑law jurisdiction from a law firm or financial institution.
• Minimum 1 year of PQE, with experience in structured products, DCM, global markets, or derivatives.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
