THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a member of our Employment Law team, you will have the opportunity to thrive in an international environment, expand your skills, and take on exciting challenges in your field. • Serve as a trusted point of contact for a wide variety of individual and collective employment law queries across the entire Zalando Group (within and outside of Germany)
• As a direct contact, support and handle employment disputes as well as litigation representation
• Train leads and P&O colleagues in employment law related topics, draft and improve all kinds of templates and agreements (incl. Works Agreements).
• Support national and international transactions, new founding ventures, and restructurings from an employment law perspective
• Develop creative approaches and solutions as part of a great team, including new ways of working
• Work closely with our employee representative bodies
• We support you in training to become a certified specialist attorney (Fachanwalt)

• You have successfully completed state examinations, preferably with the grade "vollbefriedigend" (fully satisfactory)
• You have a focused interest in employment law.
• Relevant professional experience is a plus
• You have excellent English and German skills that allow you to excel in daily collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders
• You have a passion for tackling new challenges and independently managing and initiating projects
