• Maintaining and developing the wine collection of MINA
• Building and retaining valuable relationships with wine suppliers
• Stock management and monthly inventory control
• Ensuring professional wine service and wine recommendations in the restaurant
• Conducting wine workshops for the MINA-team

• Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
• Sommelier Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Working experience in upscale gastronomy
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including holiday and weekend
• Passion for first-class service and pleasure in interacting with our guests
• Interest in Italian wines, and knowledge of biodynamic and natural wines would be appreciated
• Fluent English and German are a must, other languages would be an advantage
