• Management and organization of the entire service and conference area.
• Responsibility for developing an attractive program.
• Active participation in serving food and beverages.
• Leading, supporting, and motivating the service team, as well as training new employees.
• Workforce Scheduling.
• Handling various administrative tasks (ordering food, creating meal plans, responding to emails, etc.).
• Close collaboration with management, including creating the menu.
• Ensuring, implementing, and complying with the established occupational safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Environmental awareness with a focus on sustainability and material usage.
• Ensuring that food, consumables, supplies, equipment, and machinery are handled with care.

• Completed training as a hotel or restaurant manager.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable work environment and position.
• Extensive experience in organizing and running events.

• Proficiency in administrative tasks and IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
