As a Test Engineer at eClear, you will ensure that our solutions deliver what they promise—automatically, efficiently, and with an eye for what our customers really need. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment between QA, Development, and Support, ensuring that our products not only work but also inspire.

• You thoroughly test new features and functionalities with a focus on stability, scalability and user behaviour
• You analyse requirements and automate test scenarios and integrate them into our CI/CD pipelines
• You analyse test results, identify weaknesses and work closely with development team to troubleshoot bugs
• You use test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright and Rest Assured to plan and execute tests on front-end and back-end applications
• You incorporate client feedback into test design, thus combining technology with a genuine user perspective
• You support the continuous improvement of the test strategy and actively drive QA automation forward

• A degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in testing or software quality
• Practical experience in test automation of complex products, back‑end and front‑end interactions
• Good knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
• Practical experience with AI tools that support development, e.g. Git Lab Duo, Git Hub Copilot
• Experience in using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in day‑to‑day work
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab preferred)
• Structured, analytical mindset with an attention to details
• Very good English (at least C1) and German (at least B1) language skills
• ISTQB certification and experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter) are considered an advantage
