Title: Principal Software Engineer / SRE Lead / Head of Infrastructure

Location: Berlin (hybrid)

Are you a Lead Software Engineer / SRE Team Lead or even a Head of Infrastructure of a small team across SRE, Dev Ops, Cloud, and Software Engineering?

• Very successful, respected and leading entertainment guide platform
• The infrastructure team where the tools you build shape how developers deliver code to multi-million users per month

• Lead or Head of role - Senior Software Engineering level across SRE / Dev Ops / Cloud / Platform, working on multiple infrastructure topics
• Designing and building tools that make developers faster and more efficient
• Senior level software engineering experience – ideally with Go

• Still a hands-on coder (ideally with Go or similar), and a mix of SRE / Dev Ops and Cloud Experience
• Solving problems and figuring stuff out — build custom solutions when needed
• Pushing the team forward with both experience and attitude

• Experience leading projects related to reliability and scalability
• A simple passion for infrastructure topics combined with classic software engineering
• Tech stack:
  Golang, Kubernetes, Postgre
  
  SQL, Elastic Search, Google Cloud Platform or AWS, Terraform
• Leadership – enjoying mentorship and providing guidance to juniors

• This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, 1–2 days a week in-office
• This role would suit someone with experience across software / Dev Ops, SRE and Cloud
