Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 59,000 – 66,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.

• You will work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts and product owners on high-quality software solutions.
• You will help our customers to design and implement complex and versatile software projects.
• You will live with us the agile software development in daily scrums, reviews with customers and retrospectives with the support of our agile coaches.
• You design long-lasting software architectures together with your team and implement them iteratively and incrementally.
• You use Dev Ops methods to quickly add value to end users and get feedback.
• You will implement new and stable technologies in appropriate positions.
• You will work self-organized in your project team and take on responsibility.
• You will actively help to shape XITASO.
