Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people. Vinted Go is the delivery arm of Vinted, and focuses on developing products and solutions for more seamless shipping and delivery across Europe. We recently launched our own carrier, meaning we are responsible for the entire journey of a parcel. We have over 8000 Vinted operated PUDO locations across Europe and are currently expanding into the US.

You will be joining as an Engineering Manager and in this role, you will be managing a mix of backend, QA, and mobile engineers (iOS and Android). The team is currently responsible for the software to support our operated PUDOs, this includes native apps that they use to manage parcels and deliver them to customers and drivers.

Engineers and Engineering Managers at Vinted are part of cross-functional, autonomous teams. Our teams typically include Product Managers, backend engineers, web engineers, mobile engineers, decision scientists, and designers.

Engineering Managers are accountable for the technical and delivery outcomes for their team, which means supporting and developing best in class engineering talent, as well as creating an inclusive team environment for people to do their best work. You’ll be responsible for structuring, organising, supporting, and challenging your team to deliver on their mission.

• Own team’s delivery of technical solutions according to the roadmap, including quarterly planning
• Stay close to the technical details so you can ensure we efficiently build reliable and scalable software to create the most impact
• Explore the latest in robotics and automation tech to bring efficiencies to our parcel shops
• Manage a native iOS and Android app which is scaling across Europe and USA
• Constantly look for ways to improve your team and raise the bar and take full ownership when things go wrong
• Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team, including conducting performance and compensation reviews in collaboration with the Director of Engineering
• Build and maintain a team of people who trust each other, are not afraid of conflict, are committed and accountable, and who care about results

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams and successfully delivering against clear, agreed outcomes
• Strong background in software engineering, with the ability to engage meaningfully in technical discussions
• Skilled at building high-performing teams — setting clear scope, managing priorities, and driving delivery
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a focus on coaching, growth, and long-term development of team members
