As a Senior Frontend Engineer within our Engineering team at Moonfare, you will be instrumental in translating complex private-market and regulatory logic (KYC, capital calls, eligibility rules) into clear, intuitive UIs. Our ideal candidate is ready to take on the challenge of ensuring high quality through testing and analytics in critical investment flows, while working under strict compliance and performance constraints.

• You will lead and contribute to architectural decisions for building scalable, cross-platform components in close collaboration with frontend engineers.
• Design and implement new features across web and native user interfaces.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, business stakeholders, and backend teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to the core codebase and supporting infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high engineering standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Research and experiment with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development patterns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce new ideas to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and maintain reusable, scalable UI components for our unified design system.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across web and native platforms, with a focus on accessibility.
• Stay current with internal tools, technologies, and programming languages.
• Share knowledge through documentation, peer learning, and collaborative sessions.

• Handling data-heavy views (dashboards, portfolios, fund comparisons) while keeping the app fast and responsive.
• Integrating securely with backend and third-party services (auth, KYC, payments, e-signature) and managing failures gracefully.
• Maintaining a consistent design system and UX across multiple products and legacy code, while shipping new features quickly.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer
• Previous experience working in cross functional teams
• Strong experience with clean code practices and testing
• Experience building scalable frontend architectures
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools (e.g., Sentry)
• Background in mobile development (React Native)
• Deployment and Dev Ops experience is a plus
• End-to-end testing expertise using tools like Playwright, or Webdrive
  
  IO to validate real-world user scenarios
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to ship high-quality code faster.
