We’re organized in cross-functional mission teams composed of backend and full stack engineers, mobile engineers, data engineers, product managers, and designers.

• Work with engineers, designers, and analysts
• Help to enable your mission team to iterate and learn about our customers by designing, launching, and iterating on A/B experiments
• Maintain high-quality standards and continuously improve our code base, system, and processes
• Design and develop efficient solutions that can continue to scale
• Mentor other team members and be involved with hiring
• Contribute to the team’s roadmap and long-term strategy
• Work with Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, SASS, Node.js, PHP, MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Graph
  
  QL, Kafka, Kubernetes

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks
• High proficiency in Java
• Experience designing architecture and deployment of web applications & services
• Experience with writing tests
• Ability to turn ideas into fast, reliable, and maintainable code
• Positive, proactive team player who is passionate about their craft
• Customer‑centric prioritization and data‑driven decision‑making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to others
• Knowledge of frameworks and tool chains such as Node.js, Vue.js, or similar component‑based Frontend frameworks and libraries
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis building, and event‑based analytics
• Prior experience working in the e‑commerce space
• Prior experience in start‑up environments
