Team lead - Solutions Engineering

We are supporting a leading international enterprise undergoing a significant technology transformation and are seeking a Team Lead – Solutions Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern software solutions across a complex global environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will manage and mentor a team of Solution Engineers while remaining close to architecture, software delivery, and technical decision‑making. You will work closely with product, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions are delivered to support strategic business initiatives.

Ideal profile:

• Proven experience leading software engineering or solution engineering teams within enterprise environments.
• Strong background in software development, solution architecture, and modern engineering practices.
• Expertise across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and distributed application architectures.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, microservices, and enterprise‑scale systems.
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops, CI/CD, software quality, and engineering governance.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data‑driven solutions would be advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Passion for coaching engineers, driving technical excellence, and building high‑performing teams.
