As part of continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of a business‑critical platform while remaining hands‑on in architecture and development.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipl
• Strong commercial experience with Java and Python
• Proven track record designing enterprise‑scale software systems
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud technologies
• Experience with APIs, microservices and distributed architectures
• Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL and large‑scale data processing
• Previous experience leading engineering teams and driving technical strategy
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and Dev Ops practice
