In German-speaking countries, experts design digital experiences that put people at the center – based on IBM technologies and in collaboration with leading technology partners such as Adobe, Salesforce and SAP CX.

You will join our React Native development team, contributing to the design and implementation of cross‑platform mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver performant, scalable, and visually refined mobile experiences. The role involves building new features, optimizing user flows, and ensuring the technical integrity of our mobile architecture.

• You design and develop innovative, high-performance mobile and web applications using React Native and React
• You collaborate closely in interdisciplinary, agile teams with experts in UX, UI, Backend, and QA
• You create intuitive, high-quality user interfaces optimized for performance, accessibility, and maintainability
• You actively mentor colleagues (especially junior developers) on technical and organizational levels
• You review and provide feedback on code, ensuring quality and consistency across projects
• You help define and achieve team goals, manage tasks effectively, and respect deadlines
• You drive best practices in React Native and React development, including component architecture and state management
• Solid professional experience in frontend and mobile development with a focus on React Native and React
• Experience with modern React patterns, such as hooks, context, and efficient state management (e.g. Redux)
• Familiarity with mobile‑specific challenges such as performance optimization, native modules, and cross‑platform UI design
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to make informed technical decisions
• Strong communication skills and openness to giving and receiving feedback
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 language level)
