AWS Cloud Platform Engineer; m​/f​/d

How you'll make an impact:

• Design, build, and continuously improve our internal developer platform on AWS using Terraform, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and developer experience
• Automate infrastructure delivery through CI/CD pipelines (e.g.Spacelift) and expand self-service capabilities for product teams
• Own and evolve core platform components so teams can build, deploy, andoperateservices more autonomously
• Reviewpullrequests, share knowledge, and helpmaintainhigh engineering standards across the platform
• Evaluate and introduce new AWS services, tools, and cloud-native patterns where they add clear value
• Strengthen the platform’s security, compliance, and resilience through clear standards, guardrails, and robust platform design
• Work closely with product teams to understand their needs, remove bottlenecks in developer workflows, and translate those needs into scalable platform solutions

• Strong hands-on experienceoperatingcriticallarge-scale AWS environments, with broad knowledge of AWS technologies across areas such as compute, storage, networking, backup and recovery, and cloud security best practices
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CI/CD and automation practices, agile software delivery, and Platform Engineering concepts, ideally including the development of internal developer platforms
• A strong senseof end-to-end ownership and the ability to reliably drive topics forward, even in complex environments
• Clear and respectful communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset that supports knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• A systems and product mindset with a strong focus on internal users and their needs
• The ability to challenge existing solutions thoughtfully and make sound engineering trade-offs that balance quality, speed, and maintainability
