As Junior Software Developer, You Will…

• Create the latest user-facing features using React.js
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Render dynamic components
• Design a modern and highly responsive web-based user interface
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive

As Junior Software Developer, You Have…

• 1+ years of experience in ReactJS application development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Previous experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Previous experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with more current specifications of Ecma Script
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with HTML / CSS GIT is a plus
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN etc.
• Experience in developing dynamic graphs/reports
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can handle a high volume of work
• The ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
