A high-growth, purpose-driven technology company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node & React) to join its dynamic, remote-first team. The business develops a leading ESG data platform used by organisations to track, manage, and improve their sustainability performance.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced engineer who combines strong technical leadership with a passion for building scalable, secure software. You will play a key role in shaping the platform, mentoring team members, and delivering end-to-end features with real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure systems with attention to privacy and compliance.
• Lead complex projects, driving quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership within the team and mentor junior engineers.
• Own features from planning through deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate on architecture, best practices, and product vision.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in full-stack development within B2B SaaS (experience in ESG, sustainability, or fintech is a plus).
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Type Script, and React.
• Familiar with GraphQL, No
  
  SQL databases, Tailwind CSS, and AWS.

Location

Remote-first with optional office space in Berlin. Candidates must be located within ±3 hours of Central European Time (CET). The team meets periodically for co-location weeks and offsites.
