We’re seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer for our Portfolio Data Workflows team in Poland. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and evolving critical services that power our financial data ecosystem, while helping to modernize our architecture. Our team focuses on building outstanding user experiences, powerful APIs, and sophisticated analysis tools for our global customer base of financial advisors and wealth managers.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our platform by implementing robust solutions that scale across multiple regions, enhance user experiences, and establish processes for maintaining core functionality at scale.

Applicants must have, and maintain the right to work in Poland. This role is offered as either B2B or FTE employment, and is either hybrid (with 3 days per week onsite in Central Warsaw) or fully remote, based on the candidate’s desires and qualifications.

• Contribute to our long‑term vision for achieving a modern, service‑based architecture.
• Be part of a high‑performing, cross‑functional team.
• Own front‑to‑back software features from inception through delivery.
• Contribute to architecture designs, product roadmaps, and code reviews.
• Analyze and dive deep into a complex and powerful ecosystem, understanding requirements, determining optimal approaches, and driving change.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers, product managers and stakeholders.
• Mentor and set the bar for an impactful team working in the core of Addepar.

• Extensive experience in software development in a professional environment.
• Experience building services with Java, SQL and AWS.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Ember, Angular or React (Ember preferred). Motivated to learn Ember if experience is with other technologies.
• Understanding of REST, service‑based architecture, and distributed systems.
• A rapid learner with robust analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• A curious person who enjoys digging deep into requirements and handling complexity.
• Demonstrable knowledge of using AI in a professional engineering environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to the best software development practices.
• Interest or experience in the financial industry or wealth management.
