To support the continued growth of View Box, we are looking for an experienced AI Software Project Manager who combines technical expertise, software development experience, and outstanding project leadership.

• Lead the planning and execution of software development projects for View Box
• Coordinate international software engineering team
• Work closely with developers to transform business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage priorities, milestones, releases, and delivery schedules
• Leverage modern AI development tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed
• Identify technical risks and remove project blockers
• Ensure high‑quality software delivery through structured planning and continuous monitoring
• Report project status directly to executive management

• You have previously worked as a Software Developer and understand software engineering from hands‑on experience.
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures and software engineering practices.
• Experience working with AI‑assisted software development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or comparable technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English;
  German is a plus.
