The Software Developer will design, build, and optimize applications that serve user and business needs. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience with Agile frameworks and popular coding languages like Python.

Your goal will be to create efficient programs and systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.

• Participate in the full product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Develop new features for customers, users, and internal tools
• Collaborate with the data team to improve product intelligence and usability
• Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure high-quality delivery

• 1+ years of hands-on experience developing complex, public-facing systems
• Proficiency in Python (Django), PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS
• Basic working knowledge of Word Press
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative mindset
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new technologies quickly
