Are you interested in building testing tools and automation solutions to shape the future of what people watch on television? Amazon Fire TV Experience team is looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and tech passionate Software Development Engineer in Test to join its team. We own the experience on all of our streaming media players, and are constantly experimenting and innovating to improve the customer experience.

Successful candidates are creative engineers who take great pride in both the technical and business contribution of their work and are passionate about great software and ultimately a great customer experience.

• Design and implement automation solutions to automate the testing process and workflows.
• Maintain and develop test automation framework.
• Handle Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development testing.
• Experience building test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
• Experience debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex production software issues.
• Experience designing or supporting low-maintenance automation frameworks.
• Basic NAWS experience.
• Basic Linux scripting.
• Understanding of good software design principles.

• Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment.
