We’re seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a passion for building scalable, cloud‑native applications using modern JavaScript technologies. In this hands‑on role, you’ll collaborate with our product development team to design and implement microservices and micro frontend architectures

Poland‑based role offers remote flexibility, but we value in‑person collaboration. Our team meets in Poland for at least one week each quarter, so we request all applicants to be located in Poland. This is not a globally remote role. Poland residency is required. The contract form is Umowa o Pracę (brutto).

• Collaborate in refinement sessions with product and tech teams to ensure feature clarity and feasibility.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable web APIs using Node.js and microservices architecture principles.
• Develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces with React and Type Script .
• Work closely with Product Owners to clarify feature requirements and ensure business context is well‑understood.
• Align feature architecture with Tech Leads to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Ensure features meet Definition of Done with robust test coverage (unit, integration, E2E).
• Support incident response and production issue resolution.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing in technical best practices.

• MSc Computer Science or similar
• 7 - 10 years of professional experience in JavaScript/Type Script .
• Expertise in React + a modern SSR framework (React Router v7 / Remix / Next.js) (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Strong testing skills (
  Vitest, Playwright, and Storybook interaction test components/component-driven
  ).

• Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, S3, Cloud Front, IAM, Pulumi / infrastructure‑as‑code).
• Agile/DDD experience in cross‑functional teams.

• Clear communication with technical/non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem‑solving.
• Languages:
  
  Fluent English (required);
  German, Polish, Ukrainian (all nice‑to‑have).
