Product Engineer; Full-stack

Langdock is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Full‑Stack Product Engineer to join our team full‑time and in person. This early‑stage startup role offers the opportunity to own features end‑to‑end, collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer, and deliver AI‑powered capabilities that drive enterprise adoption.

• Contribute to the development of product features across our AI platform, from technical design to user‑facing implementation.
• Build end‑to‑end solutions spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.
• Collaborate with our design team and customers to gather insights, feedback, and iterate on product features.
• Implement user interfaces, including full screens, reusable components, and user flows.
• Maintain and optimize our codebase for performance and user experience.
• Take over Support Engineer rotations, shifting focus to assist customers and the support team.

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Proficiency with Next.js, Type Script, and Node.js; experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience delivering features end‑to‑end from concept to deployment in full‑stack development.
• Experience building AI‑powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Strong collaboration experience with a Chief Product Officer and cross‑functional teams to shape product direction.
• Strong CS fundamentals and general education requirements to support rapid learning and adaptation.
