Test Engineer, Software Developer

Overview

• End-to-end responsibility for modern quality assurance and test automation
• Further development of the testing environment and support in building a test center
• Design, implementation and operation of test pipelines
• Ensuring robust software quality through manual and automated testing
• Analysis, prioritization and long-term resolution of technical issues
• Development and optimization of efficient test strategies and verification processes
• Expansion of effective test automation and technical QA structures
• Active contribution to the development of stable, scalable software solutions
• Close collaboration with development teams to continuously improve code quality and delivery

• Several years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation
• Solid experience designing, implementing and maintaining automated tests (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• Experience building and operating CI/CD and test pipelines (e.g. Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops)
• Good knowledge of API, integration and end-to-end testing
• Confident use of modern development tools and version control (Git)
• Experience analyzing, prioritizing and permanently resolving defects
• Know‑how in developing test strategies, quality standards and QA processes
• Understanding of agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and close collaboration with development teams
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Ideally experience in building or advancing QA/test organizations
• Nice-to-have programming skills in Java, Python or Type Script
• Nice-to-have experience with performance and load testing
• Nice-to-have knowledge of cloud and container technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Nice-to-have ISTQB certification or comparable qualification
