Clera is a fast-growing Series A AI search analytics SaaS company based in Berlin. Its product transforms complex analytical insights into intuitive web interfaces for marketing teams worldwide.

• Take ownership of the frontend experience and drive UX quality across the product
• Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to translate requirements into polished interfaces
• Turn complex AI-generated insights into clear, beautiful, and accessible UI
• Own the development and ongoing optimization of web applications for speed and reliability
• Champion performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across all user-facing surfaces

• Strong computer science fundamentals and a solid engineering foundation
• Proficiency with Type Script and React for building scalable frontend applications
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui
• Proven experience with frontend performance optimization and profiling
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility and WCAG-compliant UI development
• Genuine design sense and ability to review and iterate on designs independently
• Ability to collaborate effectively across design, product, and data functions
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, Germany, 5 days per week
• Nice to have:
  Familiarity with AI tooling and integrating AI-generated insights into frontend applications, including OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Llama

• €75,000 - €120,000 Per year, depending on experience
• Visa sponsorship is not available
• Candidates must have existing work authorization in Germany
