Renewable energy projects are critical to the energy transition yet many are delayed or never realized. The real bottleneck is operational complexity: project developers must navigate fragmented processes, coordinate numerous external stakeholders, and make decisions based on scattered, unstructured data. Mogli is building an AI‑powered operating system that enables renewable energy developers to automate back‑office workflows, extract insights from messy data, and make faster, smarter decisions—ultimately accelerating project realization ’re an early‑stage climate tech startup with a small, ambitious team.

That means you’ll have real ownership from day one, work across strategy and execution, and help shape both the product and the company as we grow.

As a Full‑Stack Engineer you’ll work directly with the founders to build the core of Mogli’s product from the ground up. You’ll operate across the full stack, turning messy, real‑world problems from renewable energy developers into working software. This is a highly hands‑on role with a lot of ownership: you won’t just implement features, you’ll help define what we build, how we build it, and where the product goes.

Early on, the focus is speed and learning—shipping pragmatic solutions, iterating with users, and laying the technical foundation for handling complex, data‑heavy workflows over time.

• Turn ambiguity into product:
  Take raw customer problems and translate them into scoped, buildable solutions—then ship them end‑to‑end.
• Own the full stack:
  Work across frontend and backend to build fast, pragmatic, and user‑facing features.
• Design core systems:
  Help define our data models, objects, and internal logic—especially for handling messy, unstructured data.
• Build integrations:
  Connect with external tools and APIs that are part of our customers’ workflows.
• Handle data ingestion at scale:
  Build systems that can reliably process large volumes of data (e.g. concurrency, pipelines), without over‑engineering early.

You’re a pragmatic, product‑minded engineer who enjoys building end‑to‑end and taking ownership in an early‑stage environment. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making trade‑offs, and shipping quickly while keeping an eye on solid technical foundations.

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping software (ideally SaaS or similar products).
• Strong full‑stack capabilities (frontend + backend).
• Comfortable working in early‑stage environments with ambiguity and high ownership.
• Experience designing APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of systems that handle data at scale (e.g. concurrency, pipelines, processing flows).
• You’re fluent in English.
• You’re based in, or willing to relocate to, Berlin.
• Bonus: experience in startups or building products from 0 → 1.

It’s still early days at Mogli, so we prioritize keeping things simple and moving fast. Nothing is set in stone, you’ll play a key role in shaping our tech stack as we build.
