We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineering Manager
with deep expertise in
backend systems (Type Script, microservices, cloud)to lead multiple engineering teams building the
Affinidi Elements platform. While you will manage and support teams working across thefull stack(backend, frontend, platform infrastructure), your technical depth and demonstrated experience in backend engineering will be crucial in guiding architecture, ensuring quality, and driving technical strategy.

• Lead multiple engineering teams, providing

• Are skilled at balancing

  , aligning engineering teams with business outcomes
• Possess strong knowledge of
  Type Script/Node.js
  ;
  Dart experience is preferred; familiarity with C#, Go, or similar is a plus
• Have experience with React/Next.js
  and/or Flutter
  , demonstrates solid understanding of modern web and/or mobile development practices
• Demonstrate proven success in
  designing, deploying, and scaling microservices
  in cloud environments, specifically, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Advocate for
  privacy, security, cryptography
  , and resilient system design; experience with
  asynchronous cryptography and identity/authentication domains
  is a strong plus
