Your ChallengesManage Multiple Projects:
Effectively oversee and orchestrate development across several concurrent projects, including our white-label mobile apps, web applications, and core React Native mobile appsShape the Engineering Culture:
You are the mentor and disciplinary lead for the team. You don’t just "manage" them; you empower them to grow, collaborating closely through Scrum while remaining hands-on with the code yourselfTechnical Sovereignty & Pragmatism:
From day one, you own the technical roadmap of our application. You have a knack for cutting through complexity to make simple, pragmatic decision son how we evolve our product to meet patient needs without over-engineeringPioneer AI & Automation:
Actively use LLMs for coding and spearhead the development of a multi-agent environment to multiply the team's efficiency and capabilitiesBridge Technology & Therapy:

You have extensive experience in mobile application development, specifically within the React Native ecosystem, and a proven track record of mentoring or leading engineering teamsOTA Updates:
You are highly experienced in practicing Over-the-Air (OTA) updates to ensure smooth, continuous delivery for mobile applicationsAI-Assisted Engineering:
You actively use LLMs in your daily coding workflows and have the knowledge and vision to build and integrate multi-agent environments for your teamFrontend Mastery:
You are an expert in modern JS frameworks with years of experience in both web/frontend and mobile developmentFull-Stack Understanding:
You have a strong interest in backend technologies (such as Node.js, Type Script, and/or Ruby on Rails) and can effectively bridge the gap between frontend and backend architecturesQuality & Testing:
You have experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (like Cypress) and guide the team in implementing best practices for test coverage and code qualityState Management:
