Senior Full-Stack Engineer

• Design the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows
• Build and operate backend services in Python on AWS, including Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines
• Work on AI initiatives such as MCP servers and agentic copilots
• Address latency, reliability, and scalability challenges
• Own systems end-to-end from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and incident response
• Make key architectural decisions
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and improve development tooling and processes
• Collaborate directly with Product and Design to shape future products

• At least 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
• Proven track record of leading complex projects in a senior capacity for 2+ years
• Deep expertise in React
• Experience working with Design Systems to ensure consistent UX
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders on a shared vision
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Berlin HQ, London office, or Iasi hub
• Relocation assistance is not provided
• Strong system design skills are ideal but not required
• AWS Serverless experience at scale is ideal but not required
