• Lead Development of Native Mobile Features. You will architect, develop, test, and maintain high-quality features for our native Android/iOS applications (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile), focusing on efficient UI implementation, state management, and robust data integration.
• Drive Mobile Architecture.
  
  You will design and implement technical architectures, focusing on best practices for performance tuning, offline/online capabilities, and stability in our mobile applications.
• Lead Integration Efforts.
  
  You will collaborate closely with backend and platform teams to ensure reliable, scalable integration of mobile features and complex API interactions.
• Take End-to-End Ownership.
  
  You will take full ownership of large-scale projects and epics from definition to deployment, translating complex business requirements into robust technical implementation plans.
• Spearhead AI Implementation.
  
  You will design, implement, and support scalable patterns for integrating pre-defined LLM services and AI-native features into the mobile application codebase.
• Elevate Development Practice. You will champion the improvement of mobile development workflows, lead code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and raise the bar for engineering excellence across the team.

• Experienced:
  You have 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in native mobile development within a fast-paced, high-scale product environment.
• Mobile and Growth Mindset.
  
  You have expert-level proficiency in native mobile development and are eager to apply architectural thinking as a versatile full-stack contributor.
  • You are deeply experienced in native Android development (Kotlin) and modern Android architecture.
  • You have experience with, or a strong ability to rapidly master and guide, our iOS application and Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) integrations.
  • You are an expert at designing robust API interactions, optimizing system data flows, and handling complex asynchronous operations.
  • Python knowledge is a strong bonus and an asset for contributing to our internal systems.

  You are capable of managing complex technical roadmaps, prioritizing effectively, and driving implementation independently while providing technical leadership to the team.

  You focus on delivering reliable, maintainable solutions and know when to leverage existing technology versus advocating for new paradigms.

  You communicate technical challenges clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive effective technical documentation.

• Production AI:
  
  Familiarity with concepts like prompt engineering.
• Mobile Dev Ops:
  
  Hands-on experience improving CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and build/release processes for mobile apps.
• Event-Driven Systems:
  
  Experience working with asynchronous patterns and message queues (like Kafka or SQS/SNS) for reliable data exchange with mobile clients.
• Legacy Migration:
  
  Experience contributing to the modernization or refactoring of existing application codebases.
