Join an early-stage AI logistics technology team as a Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with freight and logistics customers. You will turn complex operational workflows into production software, helping teams work more effectively with information spread across multiple systems.
What You'll DoWork with logistics teams to understand their workflows and translate customer needs into system designs.
Build full-stack, AI-powered tools using Node.js and Type Script.
Integrate with enterprise systems, including ERP and transport management platforms, APIs, SFTP, and event queues.
Build reliable data pipelines that handle messy information from multiple sources.
Shape product direction and technical decisions with the engineering team.
Own solutions from design through deployment, iterating based on customer feedback.
Travel regularly to customer sites across Europe and Asia.
At least 3 years of experience building full-stack applications or backend systems in production.
Strong Node.js and Type Script skills, with experience designing APIs and integrating external systems.
Experience building and maintaining backend infrastructure and data pipelines at scale.
Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, GCP, or AWS.
Experience working directly with customers or end users; able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to work in a hybrid role in Berlin and travel regularly.
React or another modern frontend framework, GenAI/LLM architectures, and logistics or supply chain experience are useful.
Comfort working autonomously in an early-stage environment.

LocationHybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with regular travel to customer sites across Europe and Asia.
