What we can work together on:
Design and implement the MVP Work on the backend, frontend Develop the Database Analyse, test, give feedback

What you will build:
User authentication (magic link or passwordless) Candidate and company profiles filtering logic between candidates and hiring needs Visibility settings (public / semi-private / on-invite) Simple admin view for moderation Integrate:
File upload Email notifications and confirmation flows Deploy MVP on GCP (Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Storage) Participate in early testing and user feedback iterations….

We are looking for:
Curious mind with interest in developing MVP’s functionalities Some experience with either Python, GO, JAVA or similar tools is helpful You can do vibecoding Attention to detail and willingness to learn about new data structures You have proficiency in API development (creation, testing, integration) You have UX/UI experience Knowledge of database design and RESTful APIs Strong SQL skills and database structuring expertise Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability Clear and effective written and verbal communication Understanding of authentication flows and user data security Interest in impact-driven, diversity-oriented products Comfortable working autonomously in early-stage environments Bonus: prior experience building SaaS or marketplace MVPs
