• Help shaping the architecture and long-term strategy of our AI platform, including the use of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI.
• Design, build and deploy AI solutions that improve product data intelligence, from auto-tagging and attribute extraction to content generation.
• Architect multi-agent systems that orchestrate specialized AI agents across complex, multi-step workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and processing workflows for both structured and unstructured product data.
• Optimize system performance and scalability while maintaining high code quality.

• You hold a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of hands‑on experience in building and deploying production‑grade AI solutions using Python.
• Strong expertise in traditional machine learning combined with hands‑on experience in modern LLM‑based solutions.
• Solid knowledge of relational and vector databases, such as PostgreSQL and pgvector.
• Proven experience in setting up and operating open‑weight LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral), including inference optimization.
• A practical, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex data challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS, REST APIs, microservices and MLOps practices (monitoring, CI/CD, Docker) is a plus.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working in dynamic environments (German B2 level required).

The final step is the most exciting: we invite you to our office! Here, you'll try a small, hands‑on case study don't worry, it's not a test, just a playful way for us to show how we work and for you to get a real feel of our world.
