• Working in and as part of a team of experts
• Conducting personal training sessions and classes
• Creating and performing physical assessments (using tools like force plates)
• Assessing mental and emotional wellbeing
• Analyzing assessment data and setting goals with clients
• Creating training plans, schedules, recommendations based on data
• Guiding clients through their journey at HAGIUS
• Observing the progress made by clients
• Gathering feedback from clients and trainers
• Fine-tuning plans depending on progress and assessment data
• Ensuring flow of information to the necessary team members

• Passion for data-driven fitness guidance
• Ability to work as a team player in a team of experts
• High-quality education in sports science (University Degree or comparable education)
• At least one year of work experience in the field of data-driven training
