Your opportunity
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will play a key role in helping our customers unlock the full value of Leapsome’s People Enablement and HRIS platform from day one. You’ll guide customers through the initial set‑up and configuration of the platform, ensuring a seamless technical implementation and adoption experience. You’ll manage onboarding projects from kick‑off through to successful handover, working closely with HR, People teams, IT stakeholders, and senior managers at client organizations.
You act as a trusted partner – delivering implementation support, driving administrative engagement, and educating customers on best practices for setting up and using Leapsome. You may also deliver training sessions, especially for managers, to ensure confidence and clarity in using the platform. The role requires technical problem‑solving, project management, stakeholder engagement, and use of AI‑powered tools to deliver scalable, personalized onboarding experiences, create implementation resources, and identify improvement opportunities.
you will do
- Lead the technical onboarding of new customers for Leapsome’s People Enablement and HRIS
- Project manage implementation timelines across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to tailor platform configurations to their workflows
- Troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with Product and Support teams as needed
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teammates to achieve best outcomes for customers
- Continuously improve onboarding processes by contributing to scalable content such as guides, videos, and templates
- Leverage AI tools to personalize training materials and improve efficiency
- Provide smooth transition to Customer Success after onboarding
- Between 2-4+ years of experience in customer‑facing onboarding, implementation, support, or customer success, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong project management skills and a track record of leading implementations with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communicator – clear, empathetic, and confident with HR/People teams and technical audiences
- Solid technical understanding and comfortable with integrations, data imports, and troubleshooting configuration issues
- Organized and proactive, managing several onboarding projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Comfortable delivering trainings to small and large audiences, especially to managers
- Curious and excited about using AI tools to enhance workflows and drive scalable impact
- Enjoy creating self‑service resources such as videos and templates and optimizing processes
- Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced collaborative environment and eager to contribute to a global team
- Proven track record of closing complex sales cycles and driving new business revenue
- Excellent at communication, asking the right questions to understand customer needs and decision‑making quickly, and working with the customer to generate value
