WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORYodo1 is searching for a Head of Product (Monetization Platform) who can own developer‑facing, revenue‑critical products used in production by teams that cannot afford downtime. You are not a “feature PM.” You are an operator who turns market truth into shipped product, fast, and takes accountability for outcomes.
WHAT WE EXPECTYou will:
- Take Yodo1 products from strong to world‑class by raising product craft, execution standards, and operating cadence across the organization.
- Establish a durable product system: crisp problem framing, clear success metrics, strong prioritization, tight discovery, and disciplined delivery.
- Drive step‑change improvements in time‑to‑value, onboarding, and reliability so the product is easier to adopt and harder to churn.
- Turn customer input into scalable product direction through structured research, sharp hypotheses, and fast validation loops.
- Lead cross‑functional execution with Engineering, AdMon, Data, BD, and Support, ensuring priorities translate into shipped outcomes.
- Improve how we build: better specs, better decisions, fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, more predictable releases.
- Hold the bar on quality and trust: stability, performance, and regression control are product fundamentals, not “nice‑to‑haves.”
- Coach the team in world‑class product thinking and standardsissao, elevating decision quality and execution speed through example and process.
- A track record of leveling up established products by introducing world‑class product practices that compound results over time.
- Strong product judgment: you separate signal from noise, make high‑quality trade‑offs, and keep teams focused on the highest‑leverage work.
