As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and fosters a positive user experience. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe online environment. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about content management, we want you on our team!

• Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards
• Identify inappropriate content and take appropriate actions to address violations
• Document moderation actions and contribute to analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to develop and improve moderation procedures
• Stay updated with industry trends and content moderation policies

• Fluency in German and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on user satisfaction
• Willingness to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and embrace changing guidelines
• Open to relocating to Malta and being part of a supportive team
