(Senior) Business Development Representative - NORDICS & BALTICS (all genders)
As our Business Development Representative - NORDICS & BALTICS (all gender), you will play a key role in driving Hubject's growth in one of our most strategic markets.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across the NORDICS & BALTICS. You will be helping expand Hubject’s footprint in the rapidly evolving e‑Mobility ecosystem and collaborating closely with our Sales Operations and Marketing teams to build a healthy pipeline, nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, and support the overall sales process from first contact through to handover.
Your mission: to open doors, spark meaningful conversations, and lay the foundation for long‑term commercial success—strengthening Hubject’s position as the leading platform for interoperable e‑Mobility services.

- Proactively identify and research potential clients across the NORDICS & BALTICS, focusing on CPOs, EMPs, and automotive & EVSE OEMs.
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted campaigns.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to create awareness and interest in Hubject’s e‑Mobility solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Executives to hand over qualified leads.
- Work with the Sales Operations and Marketing team to align outreach efforts, messaging, and lead‑generation strategies for the NORDICS & BALTICS market.
- Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, contacts and opportunities in the CRM and deliver regular reports on pipeline health and performance.
- Represent Hubject professionally at virtual and in‑person industry events to expand our network and strengthen brand visibility.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business‑/market‑development, or lead‑generation management, ideally within e‑Mobility or SaaS sectors.
- Solid understanding of the Scandinavian and Baltic business landscape and cultural nuances.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and creating qualified sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce & Linked In Sales Navigator).
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills—capable of building rapport and sparking interest through a consultative approach.
- A proactive, sales‑driven mindset, combined with a structured and goal‑oriented working style.
- Genuine enthusiasm for e‑Mobility, sustainability, and technology‑driven innovation.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish is an advantage.
LocationBerlin, Germany or NORDICS & BALTICS. Travelling is required.
