The Role

We are looking for motivated, talented, and ambitious Account Managers (m/f/d) to join our new You Lend team in Berlin. As part of our German‑speaking Sales team, you will support new and existing customers who apply for Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) financing through partners such as eBay, Lieferando, Sum Up, and Tele Cash. You will manage your own pipeline of customers, aim for high closing rates, and meet financing targets.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with merchants to support them in applying for business financing.
  • Daily communication with business owners to ensure they provide all necessary information for their applications.
  • Explaining financing options and answering all merchant questions throughout the process.
  • Utilizing various business platforms and You Lend's proprietary systems to process financing applications.
Ideal Candidate Skills

  • Excellent communication skills – both by phone and email.
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • Fluent in German and English.
