Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the German markets🚀
Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump (you don't need to be an expert directly)💡
Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team🚀
Continuously improve
customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our supportchatt📊
Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team🧠
Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
🎯
Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers⚙️
Technical background e.g. (industrial-)
engineering🌱
Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem⚡
Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact🌍 Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German and English
