Sales Lead, Verkauf​/Verkäufer, B2B Verkauf

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to help drive and grow our footprint across the DACH region. You’ll be at the forefront of introducing clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In this pivotal position, you will actively represent at trade fairs, events, and in direct conversations with physicians, doctors, and decision-makers. You bring our mission where it matters most - into personal contact with our future partners. Your goal is to position our solutions in the market, drive new business, and strengthen existing relationships.

• Actively acquire new customers in the healthcare sector through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations, and closing deals.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians, doctors, practice managers, and key decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
• Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to effectively penetrate the German healthcare market.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and ensure transparent and organized sales management.

• Demonstrated sales experience, ideally gained in B2B environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
• A high level of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
