• You lead the Business Development team for Medium Voltage Products.
• You are responsible for the consistent and profitable growth.
• You build and implement the overall strategy in Medium Voltage Products area.
• You are responsible for the coordination of market intelligence activities, including pricing, competitor analysis, and portfolio requirements.
• You provide sales input for accurate forecasting and budget planning.
• You have the demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• You have many years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• You have a validated knowledge of Medium Voltage Products or the Switchgear market.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in German and English completes your profile.
