As a Product Manager – Crypto Exchange (gn) for the BSDEX trading platform, you will take on a key role in further developing our regulated digital cryptocurrency exchange. You will be responsible for the product roadmap and implementation of our trading features – from order execution and market connectivity to user experience, API integrations, and reporting.

Working closely with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Business Development, you’ll ensure that new features are implemented not only with technical excellence but also with regulatory compliance and a strong user‑centric focus. You will translate market and customer requirements into a clear product vision, prioritize backlogs, and steer execution along our strategic roadmap.

Your Tasks

• Roadmap Execution: You drive the entire product development process and oversee the delivery of complete product features for two software teams.
• Requirements Gathering: You work closely with customer needs and analyze competitor activities, deriving implications and requirements for our product.
• Stakeholder Management: You identify and prioritize business requirements across all stakeholders and translate them into product feature requirements and concrete work packages/tickets.
• Shaping the Product: You actively support the implementation of the roadmap for our trading platform and help shape it.
• Product Evangelism: Close collaboration with Engineering, Designers, and other internal stakeholders such as Anti-Money Laundering, Risk & Regulatory, and Sales is a natural part of your work.
• Raising the Bar: You contribute to quality assurance and the regular review of key product components, and you implement corresponding processes.

What You Bring to the Table

  Experience:
  
  You have at least 5 years of product management experience in a Fin Tech or crypto startup environment.
• Hybrid Work Environment: You have hands‑on experience working with agile software teams, ideally in a remote setup.
• Analytical Ability: You possess strong analytical skills and are able to evaluate qualitative and quantitative information to make well-founded business decisions.

  You can work effectively with multiple stakeholders and know how to involve them at the right time.
• Technical Know-How: You have a fundamental technical understanding of API development (REST, FIX, Web Sockets).
• Language skills: You are business fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
