You’ll be joining a 15-person team focused on scaling & executing Sales, Growth & GTM strategies across a wide range of industries and stages of company maturity. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact commercial projects and take responsibility for shaping and executing strategies that make a measurable difference. Whether it s launching GTM motions, transforming sales organizations, or building high-performing teams - you’ll be at the core of driving growth in some of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.

As a Consultant - Sales & GTM, you’ll work closely with C-level, founders and commercial teams to assess and build robust, scalable commercial engines. - Real operational responsibility:
From customer segmentation and CRM rollouts to leading sales teams and identifying the best GTM motions - you’ll execute solutions, not just recommend them. - You’ll be contributing to building a team at the forefront of AI-enabled growth, with the freedom - and encouragement — to explore new tools that drive efficiency and impact, while helping to train the next generation of commercial talent.
- Develop tailored sales, growth, and GTM strategies across a wide range of industries and stages of company maturity
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing sales organisations and test new GTM motions
- Drive implementation of improvements across areas like customer segmentation, channel strategy, and sales excellence incl. e.g. sales management steering mechanisms, KPIs, forecasting, processes & tech stack
- Lead CRM evaluations and implementations (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring systems are tailored to each client’s needs
- Build and run workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions for our clients and their commercial teams
- Continuously refine and share A11’s best practices for Sales & GTM
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure measurable commercial outcomes
- Be at the forefront of commercial innovation: work with cutting-edge tools, including AI-enabled solutions, and develop best practices to shape modern sales and growth strategies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field with excellent academic performance
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM - ideally within a start-up or consulting context
- Proven experience in scaling or optimizing sales organizations
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem solving
- Team player, hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Confident communicator with a talent for C-level stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Deep interest in commercial tech stacks (e.g. CRM, lead enrichment tools) - ideally with hands-on experience using tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive,…
