As a Business Analyst, you will join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest

Wordsબર our clients face. You will be based in our Tokyo or Osaka office collaborating with clients on driving operational excellence and distinctive capabilities.

Our Operations Practice sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and transformation. We connect boardroom strategies to the frontline, infusing technology where and when it matters, and rapidly delivering lasting transformations enabled by capability building. Our expertise spans areas such as manufacturing, digital services, product development, purchasing and supply chain management, and advanced analytics.

As part of the team, you will partner with clients on addressing a wide range of challenges, including improving cost competitiveness, developing effective category strategies, enhancing capital productivity, optimizing supply chains and redesigning product development processes. You will also support clients in driving transformations, shaping their digital priorities and leading them towards next‑generation operational models.

• Typically, an undergraduate degree with up to 5 years of work experience
• Interest in operations service area for large organizations preferably in automotive, industrial, pharmaceutical, chemical, consumer goods/retail
• Professional experience in one of the key operations areas:
  Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Product Development, Service-La, Capital Expenditure
• Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
• Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
• Ability to create product‑focused materials/outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
• Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Ак and Japanese, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
