Marketing Operations Manager– Role Overview
As the sole Marketing Operations specialist, you will support a dynamic marketing team of 30 people across 6 countries. You will design and implement strategies that ensure the effectiveness, scalability, and reliability of Agicap’s marketing tech stack and operations, optimising workflows, maintaining data integrity, and automating marketing reporting.
Responsibilities- Own the configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing platforms, including Hub Spot, Looker and automation tools.
- Implement and manage comprehensive tracking solutions across all paid and owned channels, including UTM governance, browser‑side and server‑side tracking with Google Tag Manager and Segment.
- Design optimal CRM architecture and workflows for the Marketing team, including form nurturing, email list management, lead scoring and reporting.
- Develop nuanced funnel analytics and dashboards to surface campaign outcomes, performance evolution and pipeline impact.
- Guarantee accurate lead routing to Sales, tracking, and follow‑up to maximise conversion.
- At least 5 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS company or scale‑up.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic projects and influence stakeholders in a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for data reporting, marketing workflow design and tool optimisation.
- Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
