• Proven impact from prior roles; experience in consulting, VC/PE, venture building, startups/scale‑ups is a plus
• Hands‑on mentality with operational implementation experience
• Experience or exposure to Sales and/or Marketing, especially in funnel or performance contexts
• Ideally experience developing with AI (Vibe Coding is explicitly mentioned) or implementing AI solutions
• Fluent German (spoken and written)
