Senior Manager, Market Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our market intelligence function, ensuring we stay ahead of trends and competitors, with an emphasis on continuous improvement
• Provide regular, actionable input into group strategy and key priorities, connecting the dots across complex data sets and business challenges.
• Transform technical and market data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior leadership and business partners.
• Craft and deliver engaging presentations and data visualizations that tell the story behind the numbers, influencing decision-makers at all levels.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with speed, purpose, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams (category management, brand insights, commercial insights, etc.) to ensure market intelligence is embedded in business decisions.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and investment in market intelligence tools, methods, and partnerships.
• Oversee relationships with data and analytic suppliers, evaluating and integrating innovative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Market Intelligence, Strategic Insights, or Strategy.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources (e.g., Numerator, Yipit, NPD, Euromonitor) and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional communication skills:
  Able to translate technical language into plain speak and present complex information in a simple, visual, and compelling manner.
• Strong storytelling and influencing abilities:
  Comfortable presenting to executive committees and senior leadership, building consensus, and driving action.
• Project management expertise:
  Skilled at managing multiple projects with speed, agility, and a focus on results.
• Stakeholder management:
  Trusted partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
